Our Process:
The only way to receive an application if you are a new vendor will be for you to contact us via email (westsideflea15@gmail.com) or private message us on our Facebook page (Facebook@WestsideFlea)
*We will then send out an application and general information. *We will notify you after we receive your application. *We will then notify you if we are able to schedule you, for what dates and locations. We will also notify you if we are not able to schedule you.
*We will then invoice you. We currently use Paypal. Payment secures your space.
WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO SEND MONEY DIRECTLY TO US.
Our home for many years, The North Olmsted Community Park is being renovated for the 2025 Season. We will be moving our location for this season to the south parking lot of Great Northern Mall. Vendors & Food Trucks will be set up in the parking lot area. However, we will still have music, kids games and more on the grassy area. We hope this answers the questions that seem to have come up. We are a Rain or Shine outdoor event. We hope you will come and support small business at a Free Family Event.

Visiting our Flea Market? Please bring non perishable food items to donate to one of the local food pantries. Share the love.
Charity Raffle at each Flea. You can buy one or more $1 raffle tickets. If your ticket matches one of the vendors ticket numbers, you win. They will give you a gift valued at $10 or more right then. All money is donated to the featured charity for the event.
